4.3 Game Results and Disputes

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

188jl Casino does not warrant that game results or other outputs will be accurate, reliable, or error-free. While we take reasonable measures to ensure Platform security and data integrity, we cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 188jl Casino's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform. 188jl Casino reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

10. Termination and Account Closure

188jl Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to provide required verification documents; extended periods of inactivity; or at our sole discretion for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. 188jl Casino will endeavor to return any remaining account balance to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to us, provided your account is in good standing and you have not violated these Terms. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse, we reserve the right to forfeit any or all account balances.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining genuine account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of standard verification procedures and wagering of any active bonus funds according to applicable terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the 188jl Casino Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 188jl Casino. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body.

Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to the arbitration, with the arbitrator having discretion to award costs to the prevailing party.

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, 188jl Casino may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent. If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by 188jl Casino of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 188jl Casino to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without 188jl Casino's prior written consent. 188jl Casino may freely assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

12.4 Entire Agreement
